11.1 The jjn33 platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 years and over. jjn33 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21, and the Platform is not directed at or designed for use by minors.
11.2 Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all Members, and jjn33 may request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any deposited funds returned to the source payment method minus bonus amounts.

21+ Strictly Enforced: Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent jjn33's age verification is a violation of jjn33's Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud under applicable Indonesian law. jjn33 will report confirmed cases of underage registration to the relevant authorities.
12.1 The jjn33 Platform does not contain links to third-party websites for commercial or advertising purposes. Any third-party services integrated into the Platform — such as payment processors (BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA) — operate under their own privacy policies in respect of data they collect directly from you through their own interfaces.
12.2 jjn33 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party payment providers. When you interact with a bank or e-wallet provider's own interface (for example, your BCA mobile banking app during a deposit), that interaction is governed by your agreement with that provider, not this Policy.
