These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jjn33 platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jjn33. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via approved local banks and e-wallets only.
jjn33 uses independently audited RNG software. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that party to these Terms, and any reference to "you" in these Terms shall be construed accordingly.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a jjn33 account and to place any wager on the Platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. jjn33 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the source payment method minus any bonus amounts credited. jjn33 may request proof of age at any time during the account lifecycle.
3.2 Residency. The jjn33 platform is designed for adult residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or as an Indonesian-resident player. Access from Restricted Territories is prohibited.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any self-exclusion order (whether issued by jjn33 or any other gambling operator), you are ineligible to register or maintain a jjn33 account for the duration of that exclusion.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on jjn33. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, postal address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — are strictly prohibited. jjn33 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated Wallet Balance or bonus funds pending investigation.
21+ Only: Providing false information regarding age or identity during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law. jjn33 will report suspected cases of underage gambling or identity fraud to the relevant authorities and reserves all legal remedies available to it.
4.1 To register a jjn33 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. All registration details must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
4.2 jjn33 operates a mandatory KYC verification process as required under its international gaming license and anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. KYC must be completed before a Member's first withdrawal is processed. jjn33 may also require KYC verification at any later point, including upon deposit thresholds being reached, as a condition of processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review.
4.3 KYC Documents Required. Standard KYC verification requires submission of the following:

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account suspension.
4.5 All KYC data is processed and stored in accordance with jjn33's Privacy Policy. jjn33 does not sell or share KYC data with third parties beyond the regulatory requirements of its international gaming license.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjn33 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 jjn33 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel including live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Any communication purporting to be from jjn33 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 You must notify jjn33 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. jjn33 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
5.4 jjn33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available from the account security settings dashboard and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
5.5 Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of both accounts involved.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jjn33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
6.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit at jjn33 is Rp 20.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, subject to applicable payment provider limits.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Processing times are subject to payment provider availability and may be longer during scheduled maintenance windows or peak periods. jjn33 does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
6.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Before a withdrawal is processed, jjn33 requires: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) at least one confirmed deposit from the withdrawal destination account (i.e., the bank account or e-wallet to which you are withdrawing must have been used to make at least one deposit); and (c) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jjn33 is committed to compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("source of funds" rule). jjn33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if AML obligations require it.
6.6 jjn33 is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not credited to your Wallet Balance within 30 minutes of the payment provider confirming the transfer, please contact jjn33 support with your transaction reference number.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount at jjn33 is Rp 50.000. Multiple pending withdrawals from the same account may be batched into a single transfer at jjn33's discretion without reducing the total amount paid out.
7.1 jjn33 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the applicable promotion at the time of opt-in.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30×" means the bonus must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal). The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the point of opt-in.
7.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses have a validity period measured from the date of credit to the Member's account. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be forfeited without compensation. Validity periods are stated on each individual promotion.
7.4 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10–20%). The specific contribution table for each promotion is published in the promotion's individual terms.
7.5 jjn33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before a Member has opted in, the Member retains no entitlement to that promotion. If a promotion is modified after opt-in, existing participants will be notified and given the option to continue under the original terms or withdraw their real-money balance.
7.6 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors to inflate bonus balances, or colluding with other Members to meet wagering requirements artificially — constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 9 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on jjn33 are final upon confirmation. Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the jjn33 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member, except where an error on jjn33's part is identified (see Clause 8.4).
8.2 Sports Betting. Football betting (judi bola), including markets for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup, is governed by the standard sports betting rules published in the Platform's sportsbook section. Asian handicap (voor bola) and accumulator (mix parlay) bets are subject to additional rules as published. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or replayed, jjn33 will apply the settlement rules standard for the competition in question.
8.3 Casino & Live Casino. All casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant as displayed at the table. jjn33's house rules apply in all cases of dispute regarding game outcomes.
8.4 Manifest Errors. jjn33 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome resulting from a manifest error, including but not limited to: a pricing error in sports odds that is clearly inconsistent with market pricing at the time; a technical malfunction that produces an incorrect game result; or a typographical error in game rules or promotional terms. jjn33 will notify affected Members of any voided bets and refund the corresponding stake to the Member's Wallet Balance.
8.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all product categories and are displayed within the product interface at the time of wagering. These limits may be adjusted by jjn33 at any time without prior notice, including individual account-level limit adjustments where jjn33 determines it is appropriate to do so.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjn33 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
9.2 jjn33 uses automated fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jjn33 may immediately suspend the affected account(s), withhold any associated Wallet Balance pending investigation, and demand repayment of any amounts paid out in connection with the prohibited conduct.
10.1 jjn33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be pursued as a means of recovering financial losses.

11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. No other use of jjn33's intellectual property is permitted without prior written consent.
11.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the jjn33 Platform or its content without jjn33's express prior written permission.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjn33's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction carried out on the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) Rp 50.000.000 (Fifty Million Indonesian Rupiah).
12.2 jjn33 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability of any kind — whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with: (a) the Member's gambling activities and any financial losses resulting from wagers; (b) Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service; (c) unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain credential security; or (d) any act or omission of a third-party payment provider.
12.3 jjn33 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruptions. jjn33 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13.1 jjn33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments materially affect Members' rights or obligations, jjn33 will provide notice via email to the registered address and/or by a prominent in-platform notification, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the jjn33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjn33 holds its international gaming license. Where Indonesian law applies mandatorily to any aspect of your relationship with jjn33 (for example, consumer protection provisions applicable to Indonesian residents), those mandatory provisions are not excluded by this clause.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and jjn33 in connection with these Terms or the Platform, you should first contact jjn33 customer support to seek informal resolution. jjn33 will endeavor to respond to dispute submissions within 5 business days (WIB business hours).
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures established under jjn33's gaming license jurisdiction. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from jjn33 support.
14.4 These Terms do not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or other interim measures from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
